What can affect your booking?
These are the main things we consider before confirming that an outdoor winter setup can safely go ahead.

High Winds & Gusts
Wind is one of the most important safety factors. We will not install an inflatable if wind conditions are unsafe.

Ground Conditions
Saturated, muddy, frozen or unsuitable ground can prevent safe anchoring and can make the entrance and surrounding area unsafe.

We look at the overall conditions, not just one weather icon on an app.
Likely to go ahead
Dry or mostly dry conditions, safe wind speeds and suitable ground.
Under review
Changeable weather, showers, soft ground or uncertain wind forecasts. We may need to wait for a clearer forecast.
Outdoor setup cancelled
Heavy rain, unsafe wind, storms, severe conditions or ground that cannot be safely used.
How the Decision Works
We try to give you as much notice as reasonably possible.
Your Booking Is Pencilled in
We save your requested date and keep an eye on the forecast as the event approaches.
We Review the Forecast
Closer to your booking, we assess rain, wind, storms, temperature and ground conditions.
We Confirm the Safest Option
If conditions are suitable, we proceed. If not, we will discuss rescheduling or an alternative indoor equipment option where available.
If the Weather Turns Bad
We want your event to work, even when the British weather has other ideas.

If an outdoor setup cannot safely go ahead, you can arrange another available date with us.

Indoor Equipment Option
Depending on availability, you may be able to hire speakers, disco lights, a disco stand, smoke machine or red carpet for indoor use.

Safety Comes First
We will not set up simply because an event is important or close to starting. If it is unsafe, the inflatable will not be installed.
Winter Booking FAQs
Can I still book an inflatable nightclub in winter?
No outdoor bookings are available in November or December 2026. Ask about indoor hire or summer 2027 instead.
When will I know if my booking is going ahead?
We normally make the decision as close to the event as needed to get a reliable picture of conditions, while still trying to give you reasonable notice.
What if there is only a short break in the rain?
We may still be unable to install if more rain is expected, the ground is already saturated, or there is not enough time to safely install and use the equipment.
Can you set up if it is windy but dry?
Not necessarily. Dry weather does not automatically mean conditions are safe. Wind and gusts are assessed separately and can prevent a setup.
What happens if the outdoor booking is cancelled?
We can discuss moving your booking to another available date or, where suitable and available, providing an indoor party equipment package instead.
