Equipment is subject to appropriate inspection by a competent person.
This second section covers electrical safety, fire controls, emergency procedures, inspection, liability and acceptance.
Electrical equipment must remain protected and undisturbed.
Keep all heat and ignition sources away from the inflatable.
Follow these steps whenever a serious safety concern arises.

Equipment is inspected and maintained as part of safe operation.
Equipment is subject to appropriate inspection by a competent person.
Equipment is visually checked for damage, contamination and obvious defects.
The setup position, inflation, anchors, blower and cables are assessed.
Unsafe equipment is withdrawn until repaired and confirmed safe.
Equipment is cleaned and maintained as appropriate between hires.
Accidents, near misses, damage and faults must be reported promptly.
How responsibilities apply during the hire period.
The hirer is responsible for following the operating instructions, supervision requirements and safety rules provided by Crazy Nightclubs.
Crazy Nightclubs will not be responsible for loss or damage caused solely by deliberate misuse, unauthorised alteration, failure to supervise or failure to follow the safety instructions provided.
Nothing in this Risk Assessment or our Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Crazy Nightclubs.
These safety requirements form part of the booking agreement.
By confirming a booking, accepting delivery or permitting use of the inflatable, the hirer confirms that they have read and agreed to comply with this Risk Assessment, all safety instructions, the Terms and Conditions and any equipment-specific operating limits.
The hirer must ensure that the nominated supervisor and all users are informed of the rules that apply to them.
Stop use immediately and evacuate the inflatable. For fire, serious injury or immediate danger, call 999 first.
