Risk Assessment & Safety Rules

This Risk Assessment applies to inflatable nightclub equipment supplied by Crazy Nightclubs for private parties, celebrations and other agreed events.

It must be read with the booking confirmation, Terms and Conditions, setup instructions and any equipment-specific operating limits provided by Crazy Nightclubs.

• Nominate a responsible and competent adult aged 18 or over to supervise the equipment continuously.
• Ensure the supervisor understands the instructions, occupancy limits and emergency procedures.
• Prevent overcrowding, rough play, climbing, tampering and unsafe behaviour.
• Prevent intoxicated, aggressive or unsteady people from entering.
• Keep entrances, exits, blowers, cables and anchoring equipment clear.
• Stop use immediately if damage, partial deflation, unsafe weather or another safety concern arises.
• Prevent unauthorised access when the inflatable is not being used.
• Obtain permission required from venues, landlords, landowners or local authorities.
• Keep the equipment secure until it is collected by Crazy Nightclubs.
• Report accidents, damage, faults or safety concerns immediately.

• The stated maximum occupancy must never be exceeded.
• Manufacturer limits concerning age, height and weight must be followed.
• Adults and small children must not mix where this creates a collision risk.
• Anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive or unable to follow instructions must not enter.
• The supervisor must control entry and prevent overcrowding.
• People with relevant medical conditions should obtain appropriate advice before use.

• Local wind conditions must be monitored using a suitable anemometer where required.
• Weather applications may assist planning but do not replace local readings.
• Outdoor wind readings should be checked and recorded at suitable intervals.
• Open fields, exposed gardens and hilltop locations require extra caution.
• Stop use during strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning or flooding.
• Do not use the inflatable where water creates an electrical or slip risk.

• The setup area must be level, stable, clean and suitable.
• There must be adequate extra space for anchors, blowers and evacuation.
• Remove sharp objects, animal waste, rubble and loose garden furniture.
• Keep the inflatable away from trees, walls, fences, ponds and roads.
• Underground services and overhead cables must be considered.
• Safe access must be available for delivery, setup and collection.
• Setup may be refused on steep, unstable or unsuitable surfaces.
• The customer must accurately disclose the surface and access details.
• The location must be securely fenced or controlled where required.
• The inflatable must remain in the position selected by our installers.

• All required manufacturer anchor points must be used.
• The anchoring method must suit the surface and inflatable supplied.
• Customers must not alter stakes, ballast, straps, ropes or fixings.
• Anchors must remain visible and protected from interference.
• Guests must not sit, stand or pull on straps or ballast.
• Stop use immediately if an anchor becomes loose or damaged.
• Hard-standing setup will proceed only with a suitable approved method.
