Please read these rules before using the inflatable nightclub. They apply to private party and event hires and must be followed throughout the full hire period to help keep all users, guests and equipment safe.

Rules During Your Hire

The responsible adult should make sure everyone using the equipment understands and follows these rules.

Adult Supervision

  • A responsible adult aged 18 years or over must supervise the inflatable at all times.
  • The supervisor must ensure that all users follow these safety rules.
  • The equipment must not be left unattended while it is available for use.

Before Entering

  • Remove all shoes and footwear.
  • Remove glasses where possible.
  • Remove jewellery, watches and sharp objects.
  • Empty pockets of keys, phones, coins and other hard items.
  • Tie long hair back where appropriate.

Food, Drink & Intoxication

  • No food, drinks or chewing gum inside the inflatable.
  • No glass bottles, glasses or breakable containers.
  • Anyone visibly affected by alcohol, drugs or another intoxicating substance must not use the equipment.

Safe Behaviour

  • Enter and leave carefully and keep the entrance clear.
  • Do not climb, sit or hang on the walls, roof or support sections.
  • No pushing, fighting, wrestling, flips or dangerous tricks.
  • Do not deliberately run or throw yourself into the walls.
  • Do not take furniture, sharp items or unsuitable objects inside.

Weather Safety

  • Outdoor weather conditions must be monitored throughout the full hire period.
  • Stop use immediately during thunderstorms, strong winds, heavy rain or any severe weather.
  • Do not use the inflatable if the grass or setup area becomes waterlogged, muddy, puddled or otherwise unsafe.
  • Where fitted, a shower cover may provide limited protection during light rain only and must not be treated as protection from heavy rain or storms.
  • CrazyNightclubs may cancel, postpone, delay delivery or stop a hire where weather or ground conditions are considered unsafe.

Anchoring & Position

  • Do not move or reposition the inflatable after CrazyNightclubs has installed it.
  • Do not remove, loosen, cover, alter or interfere with stakes, ropes, anchors or ballast.
  • Keep the area around anchors, ropes, blower tubes and electrical cables clear.
  • Safety mats must remain correctly positioned at the entrance and exit.
  • Stop use and contact CrazyNightclubs if any anchor, rope, mat or part of the setup becomes displaced.

Electrical Equipment

  • Keep the blower, plugs, extension leads, sockets and all other electrical equipment dry at all times.
  • Never unplug or switch off the blower while anyone is inside the inflatable.
  • If the blower loses power or stops unexpectedly, everyone must leave the inflatable immediately and calmly.
  • Do not move, open, alter or interfere with cables, speakers, lighting, smoke machines, plugs or other electrical equipment.
  • Keep drinks, water and all other liquids well away from electrical equipment and connections.
  • Contact CrazyNightclubs if any electrical equipment appears damaged, becomes wet or develops a fault.

Children & User Numbers

  • Children must be supervised by the responsible adult at all times.
  • Where possible, users should be separated by age and size.
  • Do not allow overcrowding.
  • Follow any user limits or additional instructions provided by CrazyNightclubs.

Fire & Heat Sources

  • No smoking or vaping inside or near the inflatable.
  • No candles, fireworks, naked flames, fire pits or barbecues nearby.
  • Keep heaters and other heat sources well away from the inflatable and equipment.

Damage & Equipment Faults

  • Stop using the equipment immediately if any damage, unusual noise, electrical fault or other safety concern is noticed.
  • Everyone must leave the inflatable immediately if it begins losing air, becomes unstable or the blower stops.
  • Do not attempt repairs, electrical adjustments, re-anchoring or re-inflation yourself.
  • Keep users away from the equipment and contact CrazyNightclubs as soon as possible.

Pets & Animals

  • No pets or animals are permitted inside the inflatable.
  • Keep animals away from cables, blowers, anchors and other equipment.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Follow these rules and all instructions given by CrazyNightclubs during delivery and setup.
  • Ensure a responsible adult aged 18+ remains in charge of supervision throughout the hire.
  • Prevent misuse, overcrowding and unauthorised access to the equipment.
  • Stop use immediately if weather, ground conditions, equipment condition or user behaviour becomes unsafe.
  • Report damage, incidents, faults or safety concerns to CrazyNightclubs as soon as possible.
  • Take reasonable care of all hired equipment throughout the hire period.

Emergency Procedure

Follow these steps if the inflatable becomes unsafe, starts to deflate, loses blower power, suffers an electrical fault or is affected by severe weather.

Stop all use immediately.
Ask everyone to leave calmly and safely.
Keep everyone away from the equipment and do not attempt a repair or adjustment.
Contact CrazyNightclubs. Call 999 first for a serious emergency.

Customer Agreement

By confirming your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the CrazyNightclubs Terms & Conditions, Customer Safety Rules and Risk Assessment throughout the hire period. You also accept responsibility for providing continuous adult supervision, preventing unsafe use and ensuring that all users and guests follow these rules.
